2. Service Description

Celtic Nation Movement Lab provides educational content focused on sports fundamentals, beginner-friendly fitness routines, mobility and movement basics, outdoor recreation education, and practical wellness habits. The Site may also describe community learning opportunities and workshop-style sessions. The materials are provided for general educational purposes and are intended to help users understand common fitness concepts and safe, sensible approaches to training.

The Site does not provide medical services, clinical assessments, diagnosis, physical therapy, or emergency support. Content may include general examples, technique cues, and equipment guidance for beginners. Your results and suitability will vary based on personal factors such as experience, health status, and environment. You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is appropriate for you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celtic Nation Movement Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Site or services in the last 12 months, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.
